Your child will be followed routinely at our office for well child care. These
exams are recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics as part of preventative care. We will routinely see your child as a newborn and then at 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 15 months, 18 months, 24 months, and yearly thereafter.
At each visit, we will monitor your child’s growth, development, nutrition, and general health. You will receive counseling regarding common issues that may come up for your child before the next visit. We will also go over safety precautions to prevent injury to your child. At these visits, we will make sure that your child is up-to-date on his vaccines. Finally, we always encourage you to discuss any concerns at the time of your visit with your doctor.
